Why Aletheia Works?

A name chosen for what it asks of us.

The name Aletheia comes from ancient Greek and is often translated as truth, disclosure, or the uncovering of what is real. More than simply representing facts, Aletheia reflects the process of revealing deeper understanding — seeing beyond assumptions, noise, and appearances to discover what truly matters.

We chose the name because meaningful progress in business, leadership, and learning begins with clarity.

Organizations seek clarity before making strategic decisions. Investors seek clarity before committing capital. Leaders seek clarity when navigating uncertainty. Prof. (Dr.) Ravinder Rena

Board of Advisors

Prof. (Dr.) Ravinder Rena brings more than three decades of academic leadership and development-economics research spanning Africa, the Asia-Pacific, and Europe. He is Professor of Economics at the Durban University of Technology, South Africa, alongside concurrent visiting and adjunct professorships at institutions including RUDN University and Saint Petersburg State University in Russia, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Monarch Business School in Switzerland, and several universities in India. His scholarship spans more than ten books, 200+ peer-reviewed journal articles, and 75+ book chapters, and he serves as Editor-in-Chief of three international journals, having supervised more than 60 doctoral and master's scholars worldwide.

Prof. Rohit Kumar

Board of Advisors

Prof. (Dr.) Rohit Kumar is an Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from IIFT New Delhi and an MBA in Healthcare Management from IIHMR Jaipur, and completed executive education in Participant-Centered Learning at Harvard Business School. With more than sixteen years of teaching and corporate experience, he has published 30+ peer-reviewed papers and a co-edited volume on strategic management and entrepreneurship, presenting research across India, the UK, the US, Germany, and Hong Kong. He currently serves as President of the Institution Innovation Council at IIM Ranchi and a Board of Governors member at IIHMR Delhi.

Prof. Bhushan Manchanda

Board of Advisors

Prof. Bhushan Manchanda brings three decades of management education and academic leadership to Aletheia's Board of Advisors. He previously served as Professor of Management Studies, Head of Department, and Head–Corporate Affairs at Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), New Delhi, an institution affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, over a decade-long association built around curriculum relevance, digital transformation in the classroom, and faculty development. He currently serves as Visiting Professor at the University School of Management Studies (USMS), GGS Indraprastha University, and at the Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) — both Delhi state government universities.

A prolific author, Prof. Manchanda has published five books since 2021:

Kartikay Malhotra

Founder & CEO

Kartikay is a business growth, strategic alliances, and technology commercialisation leader with experience spanning Samsung Electronics, Jio Platforms, academia, startups, and innovation ecosystems. He has spent over two decades working at the intersection of technology, market strategy, and institutional partnerships across India and international markets.

At Samsung Electronics, he led strategic alliance and ecosystem development initiatives, building relationships across the technology value chain. At Jio Platforms, he worked on market development and commercial strategy at one of the most consequential technology buildouts in Indian business history.

He brings that commercial field experience into the classroom — teaching MBA and Executive MBA learners on topics including go-to-market strategy, business ecosystems, and technology commercialisation. He is the primary author of Aletheia's advisory and research practice.

Priya is Founder & CGO of Aletheia Works and brings a grounded perspective to the practice's work across learning, institutional outreach, and operational direction. Her contribution to Aletheia reflects a belief that serious professional work is strengthened when it is also humane, contextual, and attentive to the people inside it.

She plays an active role in shaping how Aletheia engages with its clients and communities — from how conversations begin, to how programs are designed, to how Aletheia Works presents itself to the world.

Sankate Saxena is a Computer Science graduate from Amity University Noida with hands-on experience in AI and cloud engineering, gained through internships at Ericsson and Jabsz Gaming Studio. At Aletheia Works, he brings expertise in machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI systems, having built projects ranging from on-device fraud detection to context-aware conversational AI, and is helping Aletheia with the design of its Knowledge Systems.

Amaan Saify

AI Knowledge Systems Engineer

Amaan Saify is a Software Developer based in Bengaluru, associated with Alliance University. He serves as Android Lead for Google Developer Groups (GDG) on Campus at Alliance University, and organized the Battle of Bytes hackathon as its Development Lead — hands-on exposure to agile development, rapid prototyping, and the full software development lifecycle. His background spans software engineering and DevOps, with a particular interest in building smooth workflows and refining code architecture, and he is helping Aletheia with the design of its Knowledge Systems.
