Who we are

Aletheia Knowledge Systems Pvt. Ltd., operating as Aletheia Works (CIN U85304MR2026PTC479708), is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@aletheiaworks.org.

What we collect, and why

• Account: name, email, and optionally company and role, to run your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
• CHOICE early access: name, email, and optionally company and role, to manage your request.
• Contact form: name, phone number, optional email, preferred time to call, and your message, to respond to your request.
• Newsletter: email and optionally your name, to send the newsletter you asked for.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, the version of the wording, and when.
• Account history: a record of key account actions (for example, when you joined or requested early access).
• Site statistics: a daily count of views per page. This is anonymous: no cookies, identifiers, or IP addresses are stored for it.

We do not collect sensitive data such as health, financial, or identity-document information.

Consent and marketing

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give on each form. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice, and you can withdraw any consent at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored in a database hosted in Mumbai, India. We do not sell your data, and we do not send it to third-party analytics, advertising, or AI services.

How long we keep it

• Accounts: until you delete your account.
• Early-access requests that never become an account: deleted after 12 months.
• Contact enquiries and newsletter subscriptions: until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and delete your data. Signed-in users can download their data as a file and delete their account from the dashboard; deletion is permanent. For anything else, including requests about data held without an account, email hello@aletheiaworks.org. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorised staff, and every database table enforces row-level access rules.
